ABOUT LOCK UPP SHOW
A fantasy metaverse game based on reality shows reportedly the first of its kind in the world. Lock Upp is touted to be the biggest and most fearless reality show. The show will stream 24x7 live on the two biggest OTT giants ALT Balaji & MX Player simultaneously.
Sixteen "controversial" celebrities are being locked up for 72 days, stripped of all amenities. Throughout their stay in the televised "prison", contestants will have to perform an array of interesting tasks.
What adds to the twist is the power that lies with the audience. Not only do the viewers have 50% of the voting power, but can also directly interact with the contestants, and punish or reward and even play ‘Khabri’ with some of them. The rest of the voting power lies with vitriolic host Kangana Ranaut. The show will also have a celebrity jailor to monitor them.
